Law Notify Job : The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), functioning under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has invited applications for law-related positions across the country. This recruitment drive is aimed at filling a total of 29 vacancies for the posts of Chief Law Assistant and Public Prosecutor.
Out of the total vacancies, 22 posts are earmarked for Chief Law Assistant, while 7 posts are for Public Prosecutor. The selected candidates will be posted at various locations across India and will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹44,900 as per applicable pay norms.
Applicants must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university. In addition to educational qualifications, relevant professional experience is mandatory. For the post of Chief Law Assistant, candidates should have at least three years of practice as a Pleader at the Bar. Those applying for the Public Prosecutor post must have a minimum of five years of experience practicing as an Advocate.
The age criteria differ for the two posts. Candidates applying for Chief Law Assistant should be between 18 and 40 years of age. For the Public Prosecutor post, the prescribed age limit is 18 to 32 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
