Raipur, January 14, 2026: Law and Legislative Affairs Minister and Minister for Village Industries and School Education, Gajendra Yadav, today inaugurated the new official website of the Chhattisgarh Law Department at his residential office in Naya Raipur. The website is accessible at https://law.cgstate.gov.in/.
The modern and user-friendly website has been developed by CHiPS. It was created under the directions of the Principal Secretary, Law Department, with guidance from Additional Secretary C. K. Kashyap. Website Administrator Someshwar Patra played a key role in coordinating with CHiPS to complete the project. The platform is technically advanced and designed to make legal information easily accessible to citizens.
The website serves as a single digital platform for judicial institutions. It provides direct links to the High Court, Advocate General’s Office, all district courts, tribunals, and revenue courts, allowing users to access judicial information from one place.

For the general public, the website will host important legal resources including Acts, notifications, and rules. Links to all major law-related websites and portals of the Government of India have also been integrated for wider access to legal information.
In addition, the portal offers detailed departmental information such as the organizational structure of the Law Department, details of government advocates, notaries, departmental setup, and budget-related information. Users can also directly access services related to the Chhattisgarh High Court, the Advocate General’s Office, the Employee Corner, as well as e-Courts and the Court Case Monitoring System.
Several senior officials were present at the launch, including Principal Secretary Sushma Sawant, Additional Secretaries Deepak Deshlahre and Bhupendra Vasnikar, Deputy Secretary Rahul Kumar, Under Secretary Dilip Sen, along with other officers and staff of the Law Department and CHiPS.
