Law Notify : Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday paid homage to legendary freedom fighter Thakur Roshan Singh on his birth anniversary, remembering his immense courage and contribution to India’s freedom struggle.

In a message shared on social media, Mr Shah said that Thakur Roshan Singh, through his exceptional bravery and fearless spirit, shook the foundations of British rule and motivated the youth of the country to unite and embrace armed revolution.

He highlighted that the Kakori Train Action marked a decisive campaign against the systematic plunder of India’s resources by the colonial regime. The Home Minister added that the life and sacrifice of Thakur Roshan Singh remain an enduring source of inspiration for every Indian committed to the defence of the motherland.
