February 28, 2026 : The publication process of West Bengal’s updated voter list has formally begun, though the complete roll is yet to be uploaded online. Even before the digital version is made available, Booth Level Officers have started distributing and displaying the lists offline across several districts.
In districts such as Bankura and Cooch Behar, hard copies of the revised electoral rolls have already been put up for public access. Residents can check their names through these physical lists while waiting for the official online publication.
The Election Commission has stated that the updated voter list will soon be accessible on its official website and mobile application. However, as per the latest reports, the digital version was not yet available on the designated portals at the time of publication.
The offline circulation is aimed at ensuring early access and transparency, allowing voters to verify their details and raise objections, if any, before the final list is fully operational online.
