March 16, 2026 : The Embassy of India in Doha has announced that Qatar Airways will operate three additional flights to India over the next two days. These flights will connect Doha with New Delhi, Mumbai and Kochi, providing travel options for Indian nationals currently in Qatar.
According to an advisory issued by Qatar Airways, passengers can book tickets and check the latest flight schedules through the airline’s official website, mobile application, or by contacting their respective travel agents.
The airline has also urged travellers not to come to the airport unless they have a valid and confirmed ticket for their journey.
The Embassy of India in Qatar said it is continuing to coordinate with local authorities and Qatar Airways to help facilitate travel arrangements for stranded Indian nationals and those with emergency travel requirements.
In addition, the embassy is assisting Indian citizens who wish to travel via the Salwa Border into Saudi Arabia. Travellers are being provided temporary transit visas with a validity of 96 hours to enable onward travel.
