  • Bhutan and Malta Foreign Ministers Arrive in New Delhi for 11th Raisina Dialogue

    March 04, 2026 : Bhutan’s Foreign Affairs and External Trade Minister Dina Nath Dhungyel and Malta’s Deputy Prime Minister as well as Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism Ian Borg arrived in India today to take part in the 11th Raisina Dialogue being held in New Delhi.

    External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said in a social media post that the partnership between India and Bhutan is rooted in deep mutual trust and goodwill. He noted that Dhungyel’s visit will further strengthen the longstanding ties between the two countries.

    Referring to Malta, Jaiswal said India and Malta share friendly and cordial relations supported by strong people-to-people connections. Borg’s visit for the dialogue is expected to further enhance bilateral engagement.
