The Budget, themed around “SANKALP”, marks the third financial statement of the current government and aligns with the long-term vision document targeting 2047.
According to the official press note issued by the Finance Department, the Budget builds upon the earlier guiding principles of GYAN (Gareeb, Yuva, Annadata, Nari) and GATI (Good Governance, Accelerating Infrastructure, Technology, Industrial Growth), shifting this year’s focus to decisive implementation and outcome-based governance.
