Bilaspur: The Chhattisgarh High Court held a full court reference in the chamber of the Chief Justice to pay tribute to late advocates Vineet Kumar Pandey and Nitesh Pant, both members of the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association, Bilaspur.
The condolence meeting was held in the presence of Chief Justice Justice Ramesh Sinha and all the judges of the High Court. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Justice reflected on the lives and professional contributions of the two departed advocates and expressed deep sorrow over their untimely demise. The Court observed silence and offered prayers for the peace of the departed souls.
Following the condolence meeting, further judicial proceedings of the Court were adjourned for the day. The full court reference was formally recorded as part of the High Court’s proceedings, and condolences were conveyed to the bereaved families.
The meeting was attended by Advocate General Vivek Sharma, Rajesh Kumar Kesharwani, Administrator of the High Court Advocates’ Association, Ramakant Mishra, Deputy Solicitor General of India, senior advocates, other members of the Bar, the Registrar General, officers of the Registry, the Judicial Academy, and the State Legal Services Authority.
