March 24, 2026 : The Government of Chhattisgarh has introduced “OneClick,” an integrated digital single-window portal designed to simplify the process of setting up and operating businesses in the state. The platform enables investors and entrepreneurs to access all essential services, including approvals, clearances, land allotment, and online payments, through a single interface.

According to information from the Industries Department, the portal integrates more than 136 services across 16 departments. This consolidation significantly reduces procedural delays, enhances transparency, and strengthens the state’s Ease of Doing Business framework.

The core idea behind OneClick is to make interactions with government departments simpler and more efficient for all stakeholders. Whether it is an established enterprise, a prospective investor, a startup, or an exporter, users can now manage all requirements in one place. From obtaining approvals to estimating incentives using a subsidy calculator, the system offers a more streamlined and transparent experience.

As part of Chhattisgarh’s broader commitment to improving the business environment, OneClick introduces speed, simplicity, and accountability into administrative processes. It covers a wide range of services, including approvals, bill payments, land allocation, and compliance requirements, ensuring that everything an entrepreneur needs is accessible with minimal effort.

The name “OneClick” reflects the platform’s objective of delivering convenience and efficiency through a unified digital system. Its tagline, “CG Makes It Easy,” highlights the state’s intent to transform governance into a seamless experience, allowing businesses to spend less time on paperwork and more time on growth and innovation.
