Chhattisgarh Real Estate Body Thanks CM Vishnu Deo Sai for Revising Land Guideline Rates

Raipur, February 10, 2026 : A delegation of the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Welfare Association met Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai at his residence office in Raipur and expressed gratitude for the state government’s decision to revise and rationalize land guideline rates.

The representatives welcomed the move to reassess and provide relief in guideline values for land, stating that the decision would bring renewed momentum to the real estate sector and offer relief to homebuyers and investors. The Chief Minister was felicitated during the meeting as a mark of appreciation.

Members of the Association said that the revision would ease financial pressure on property transactions and encourage growth in housing and commercial development across the state.

Chief Minister Sai reiterated that the government remains committed to safeguarding public interest. He stated that while revising the land guideline rates, careful consideration was given to ensuring benefits for all sections of society, including citizens, farmers, and business owners. According to him, the updated rates are expected to support economic activity and accelerate overall development in the state.
