DNLU Jabalpur Announces ‘REVĀ Quiz Competition 2026’, Registrations Open Till April 10
Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur has announced the first edition of the REVĀ Quiz Competition as part of its flagship academic and cultural fest “REVĀ”, scheduled to be held from April 11 to 13, 2026. The initiative is being organized by the Academic Outreach Committee with the aim of promoting intellectual engagement and interdisciplinary learning among students across the country.
The quiz competition marks a significant addition to the REVĀ fest, which draws its name from the River Narmada and symbolizes motion, dynamism, and cultural richness associated with Jabalpur. Building on the success of its debut edition, the fest seeks to foster collaboration, creativity, and academic excellence through a mix of cultural and knowledge-driven events.
According to the organisers, the quiz competition is designed to encourage analytical thinking, awareness of contemporary developments, and the application of conceptual knowledge. It will be conducted across three major categories including Law Quiz, General Quiz, and Media Quiz. The Law Quiz will focus on subjects such as Constitutional Law, Law of Torts, and Contract Law, testing participants’ legal reasoning and interpretative skills. The General Quiz will cover a broad spectrum including current affairs, history, science, sports, and global developments, while the Media Quiz will assess understanding of journalism, digital media, entertainment, and media ethics.
The competition is open to all students, with participation allowed either individually or in teams. Notably, no prior experience is required, making it accessible to a wide pool of participants.
Registrations for the event commenced on February 25, 2026, and will remain open until April 10, 2026. Participants can register through the official Google form provided by the organisers. The competition also offers attractive cash prizes, with the winner set to receive ₹12,000, followed by ₹8,000 for the runner-up and ₹5,000 for the second runner-up. All participants will be awarded certificates of participation.
DNLU, established in 2018 under the Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act, continues to position itself as a hub for value-based legal education and high-impact research. Through initiatives like the REVĀ Quiz Competition, the university aims to extend learning beyond classrooms and create platforms that nurture critical thinking, collaboration, and academic curiosity among students nationwide.
