IIFCL Recruitment 2026: Apply for Assistant Manager (Grade A) Posts Before April 10

India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) has invited applications for the post of Assistant Manager (Grade A) under its 2026 recruitment drive, offering a significant opportunity for candidates looking to enter the infrastructure finance and public sector domain.

IIFCL, a Government of India enterprise, plays a key role in providing long-term financial assistance to infrastructure projects across sectors such as transportation, energy, and urban development. (LawBhoomi) The current recruitment aims to strengthen its workforce with dynamic professionals capable of contributing to national infrastructure growth.

As per the notification, a total of 31 Assistant Manager positions are available across different streams. Candidates applying for the role must be between 21 and 30 years of age and possess qualifications such as LL.B., BA LL.B., postgraduate degrees, CA, CS, CMA, or engineering degrees. Additionally, a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in banks, financial institutions, government bodies, PSUs, or reputed organisations is required.

The selection process typically includes a written examination, followed by behavioural assessment and a personal interview. (Career Power) Selected candidates will be placed in Grade A officer cadre with a structured pay scale starting at ₹44,500 along with additional benefits and allowances as per company policy.

The application process is entirely online, and interested candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying. The last date to submit applications is April 10, 2026.
