ED Conducts Raids on Raheja Developers in Homebuyer Fraud Probe

April 25, 2026 : The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has carried out search operations at seven locations linked to Raheja Developers, its directors, and associated entities across the National Capital Region.

According to ED sources, the action relates to allegations of defrauding homebuyers and failure to deliver flats under the Raheja Revanta housing project. The investigation focuses on financial irregularities and potential diversion of funds tied to the project.
