1,500-Page Charge Sheet Filed in Nashik TCS Linked Sexual Assault and Conversion Case

May 23, 2026 : A 1,500-page charge sheet has been filed before a court in Nashik in connection with the alleged sexual assault and attempted religious conversion case linked to a Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) facility in the city.

According to Special Investigation Team (SIT) Chief Sandeep Mitke, the charge sheet was submitted yesterday against four accused identified as Matin Patel, Nida Khan, Danish Shaikh and Tausif Attar.

Mitke stated that supplementary charge sheets against seven to eight more persons associated with the case are likely to be filed within the next three to four days.

Police officials said the first FIR in the matter was registered at the Deolali Camp Police Station on March 25. Authorities further revealed that two cases have been registered against Nida Khan, while the remaining accused are facing between six and nine cases each linked to various offences.
