Career Point University Invites Submissions for CPUH Journal of Research in Social Sciences; Deadline May 15, 2026

Career Point University (CPU), Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, has announced a call for papers for its academic publication, the CPUH Journal of Research in Social Sciences. The journal is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed online platform aimed at fostering interdisciplinary scholarship across a wide range of social science disciplines.

Established in 2012 under the Career Point University (Establishment & Regulation) Act, 2012 by the Gopi Bai Foundation Trust, the university has steadily expanded its academic footprint in northern India. Through this journal initiative, CPU seeks to bring together scholars, academicians, and practitioners to contribute research with practical and theoretical relevance.

The journal welcomes submissions from diverse fields including Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Economics, Education, Law, Commerce, Management, Anthropology, and allied disciplines. It aims to serve as a forum for innovative research and critical discourse within the social sciences.

Submissions must adhere to specific formatting guidelines. Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word on A4-sized pages, using Times New Roman font. The title should be in 14-point bold, while the main text should be in 12-point font. Authors are required to follow the latest APA referencing style, and the length of submissions must not exceed 15 pages.

Each manuscript should be structured in a defined format, including the title, author details with institutional affiliations, an abstract of 200–300 words, 4–6 keywords, the main text, tables and figures with captions, a list of symbols or abbreviations (if applicable), and references.

The journal is published on a bi-annual basis and does not charge any publication fee, making it accessible to a broad academic audience. However, authors must ensure that their work is original and not under consideration by any other publication at the time of submission.

The deadline for submission of manuscripts is May 15, 2026.

Researchers and academicians interested in contributing are encouraged to submit their work within the stipulated timeline to be considered for the upcoming issue.
