March 13, 2026 : To address complaints related to postal services and ensure quicker resolution of public grievances, the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Chhattisgarh Circle, Raipur, will organise a Postal Adalat at the circle level on March 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
The forum will provide an opportunity for postal customers to directly present their complaints before senior postal officials and seek solutions to their issues.
During the Postal Adalat, complaints related to delivery of postal articles, counter services, and small savings schemes will be taken up. This includes issues related to Recurring Deposit (RD) accounts, Savings Bank accounts, and National Savings Certificates (NSC).
Grievances related to services such as Registered Post, Value Payable Parcel (VPP), Express Parcel, Speed Post, Money Order, Postal Life Insurance (PLI), and Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) will also be heard during the session.
Postal customers have been requested to submit their complaints with complete details to the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Chhattisgarh Circle, Raipur, before 2:00 PM on March 16, 2026. Complaints received after the deadline will not be considered for the Postal Adalat.
The Postal Adalat will be held at the second floor of the Raipur General Post Office building at Jai Stambh Chowk, Raipur, where grievances will be reviewed and resolved through direct interaction or virtual participation.
