Justice Lisa Gill Sworn in as Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court

April 25, 2026 : Justice Lisa Gill was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Saturday evening, succeeding Dhiraj Singh Thakur following his retirement.

The oath of office was administered by S. Abdul Nazeer at Lok Bhavan in Vijayawada. The ceremony was attended by judges of the High Court, members of the Bar, and other dignitaries.
