Raipur : The Commercial Court at the District Judge Level, Nava Raipur, recorded the institution of 16 new cases and disposal of nine cases during July 2026, according to the monthly statement submitted for the court. The court had an opening balance of 139 cases at the beginning of the month and its pending caseload stood at 146 cases as on July 31, 2026.
The monthly statement shows that civil suits constituted a significant portion of the court’s workload. There were 45 civil suits pending at the beginning of July, with one new case instituted during the month and one case disposed of. The arbitration docket had an opening balance of 43 cases, witnessed 12 new institutions and recorded five disposals, leaving 50 cases pending at the end of the month.
