Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: LL.B degree (MBA desirable)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 30 years of overall experience in PSU/Government/Autonomous bodies
  • At least 20 years post-LL.B experience in areas like:
    • Contract management
    • Arbitration (domestic & international)
    • Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
    • High-value commercial disputes

Age Limit

• Maximum 64 years as on 01.04.2026

Salary & Benefits

• Consolidated remuneration: ₹1,05,000 per month
