Eligibility Criteria

Research Assistant:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (LL.M.) / Ph.D. in relevant field
• Preference may be given to candidates below 35 years of age

Interns:

• LL.B. students (3rd–5th year of 5-year course or 2nd–3rd year of 3-year course)
• LL.M. students or graduates in IPR
• Ph.D. scholars working in Intellectual Property Law

Salary

• Research Assistant:
  • Graduate: ₹47,000/month
  • LL.M.: ₹57,000/month
  • Ph.D.: ₹67,000/month
• Intern: ₹10,000/month

Duration

• Contractual, depending on project requirements and performance
