BIT College Raipur Invites Applications for Principal, Assistant Professor and Other Posts Under PRSU Statute-28
BIT College of Commerce Science Management and Arts, Nava Raipur, affiliated with Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, has released an advertisement for recruitment to various teaching and administrative posts under University Statute-28.
According to the notification, applications have been invited for the post of Principal along with multiple Assistant Professor vacancies in Commerce, Hindi, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, English, Sociology, Political Science and Management. Each Assistant Professor subject carries two vacancies. The college has also invited applications for the post of lower division clerk, while vacancies for Hostel Warden and Bus Driver have been announced on industry-based terms.
The eligibility criteria for the Principal post include a Master’s degree with at least 55 percent marks, PhD qualification in the relevant discipline, research publications, and a minimum of 15 years of teaching or administrative experience in higher education institutions. Candidates are also required to possess research scores as prescribed under UGC Regulations 2018.
For Assistant Professor posts, candidates must have a consistently good academic record with at least 55 percent marks at the Master’s level in the relevant subject along with NET, SLET, SET or PhD qualifications as per UGC norms. The notification states that qualifications will be governed by UGC Regulation 2018 and NCTE Regulation 2014 along with amendments issued from time to time.
