NLU Odisha Opens Admissions for 3-Year LL.B. Programme 2026–27; Entrance Test on May 10

The National Law University Odisha has invited applications for admission to its three-year LL.B. programme for the academic session 2026–27. The university aims to expand access to legal education while ensuring academic diversity through this programme.

The programme offers a total of 60 seats and is open to candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Final-year students or those awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of relevant certificates at the time of admission.

Admission will be based on an All India entrance examination scheduled for May 10, 2026. The test will be conducted for a duration of two hours and will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions covering General English, General Awareness, and General Reasoning. Notably, there will be no negative marking.

The entrance exam will be held across multiple centres including Delhi, Bhopal, Raipur, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Cuttack, and other major cities. The results are expected to be declared on May 23, 2026, and the academic session will commence in July 2026.

The application process began on March 14, 2026, and the last date to apply is April 20, 2026. The application fee is ₹3,300 for general candidates, ₹2,800 for SC/ST/PwD/SEBC candidates, and ₹5,000 for NRI and foreign applicants.
